BELOW AVERAGE Based on 18 reviews Posted on Google K PTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very rude and unhelpful front desk staff. You try to make an appointment and they tell you what's wrong with you like they're qualified and able to over the phone. Doctors are average and do what's necessary but nothing abovePosted on Google Noe UstedTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Horrible practice. Switched to this practice because my other one closed. Rude front desk. You have to have a new patient appointment which took a year to get and then a separate yearly exam. Waste of time and money. The doctor basically complained to me about having to take on the closed practiceβs patients. Doctor reviewed my medications at beginning of appointment, and only asked me what I used the lidocaine for when I asked for refill at end of appointment. This tells me she didnβt read my history. Asked me how many kids I had. What is the point of using epic if youβre not going to read it. As Iβm walking out the door she asks me about my mental health provider. Feels scatty and disorganized. Useless. I miss my old doctor.Posted on Google NgrizzyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Iβve been a patient here for over 10 years, but the quality has really declined. Appointments rarely start on time, communication has become inconsistent, and billing is unreliable. My last virtual visit was billed far higher than what was actually done. Itβs becoming harder to trust this practice, and I hope these issues are addressed.Posted on Google Erin GawronskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Let me start by saying, I love Dr. Eletriby. She has been by PCP for over 6 years, and I had nothing but positive experiences with her. That said, I -- like everyone else -- am so saddened by the state of our healthcare system. After getting a new insurance provider via my new job, I called to ask for a referral after I discovered I was newly pregnant. I was told that this practice wasn't contracted with my new insurance, and that they could neither see me nor write/fax a referral to another provider. So, at 8 weeks pregnant, I was booted out of this practice and told to get on a months-long waiting list somewhere else. They told me that there was nothing else they could do for me and to call back only if I got different insurance, and basically not to let the door hit me on the way out. So disappointed....Posted on Google RobynTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Due to my PCP leaving the practice, I have been trying to find a new PCP and how sad our healthcare system is. I heard this office was taking new patients. I am disgusted. I called 6 times before a human being answered the phone. Every time I called the person did not pickup they just immediately put me on hold without acknowledging that they picked up the call. If this is how they operate, why does anyone want to go to them? This is disgusting and unprofessional. Out world is going to hell in a hand basket and it starts with people who operate their businesses like this. I miss the old days when customer service was a thing. Don't worry, I am in healthcare, I will be spreading the word that this is not an office anyone should go to.Posted on Google Tess KimTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Iβve been seeing Dr. Shrager and Audrey Warner, PA, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently, I saw Audrey for my annual exam, and she was both thorough and compassionate. As a gynecologist myself, I can say with confidence that her pelvic exam technique was excellentβvery gentle and well-done. Overall, their team is thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable. I always feel that my concerns are taken seriously, and that Iβm in capable hands.Posted on Google Katherine β***β IodiceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I guess I'm used to the old fashioned doctor. You know the kind of doctor where they look at you and not at a computer to decide your fate. Maybe ten years ago I was overweight but honestly do I look like that now? Yes I'm older but to use that as an excuse for denial of certain treatments doesn't help. Taking 2 Tylenol and tough it out is an obscene remedy. No wonder some seniors are resorting to pain killers and CBD products.Posted on Google BenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The quality of primary care physicians here is exceptional (or at least that has been the case for me). Dr. Ali Tirmizi has been compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough in his assessments. I owe him my life for diagnosing a mass as cancer during a routine physical. The receptionists are a bit loud at times and not the friendliest, but I've otherwise had good experiences here.Posted on Google Gavin RomaniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The front desk staff is rude and they deserve zero stars. A little empathy goes a long way and they act like you are a bother.
